Rock Springs, Wyoming: Cowboy on a Bulldozer
Arrived in 2018. The nine-foot-tall cowpoke, made of propane tanks, is lit by ropes of LEDs at night. He has, at times, held a six-shooter and a guitar, and stands atop a real bulldozer driven by a cow skull man with a cowgirl on his lap. A coyote howls atop the blade.
