"Big Gene" Guards the Garrison City golf course entrance. Fifteen feet tall, made out of sheet metal; looks as if its inspiration was the robot in Colossus Of New York. He clutches with both hands what looks like a giant pin stuck into his belt; it's a golf club.

It's as if a five year old with sinister mind control powers forced the townspeople to build a giant play-pal.
Garrison is also known as the "Walleye Capital of the World."
