Unless the rock was in the shore on the north side of the river at some point that year, then it seems it was clearly in Kentucky.</description>

		<description>It will be interesting to see how the Indian Rock trial goes.  The state line of Kentucky along the Ohio River is defined as the low water mark on the north bank, not the middle of the river, a fact missing from that article.  Unless they can show that the rock was completely exposed at some point on the Ohio side, I don&#039;t see how they can argue that it wasn&#039;t in Kentucky when they took it.</description>
