The main floor offers a lobby with commanding mountain views, private meeting rooms and prefunction space as well as breakfast/social hour seating that is comfortable and contemporary in design. The hotel is steps from the South Towne Exposition Center and the new Real Soccer Stadium. Utah's best skiing is a short 20 minute drive up the mountain. The Salt Lake Airport is an easy 20 minute drive. Several shopping and dining options within one mile of hotel. This property is completely smoke free. Pet Policy: HYATT house will allow up to 2 housebroken pets -defined as a dog or declawed cat per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 150 USD for the 1st pet and an additional 50 USD fee or the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs. Service animals are exempt from fees.
