 Quirky Tourist Attractions in or near ArkansasWhile in Arkansas, you might enjoy a visit to: The Pig Trail, Highway 23, passes near Terra Studios, home of the handblown glass Bluebirds of Happiness, an indoor wizard's cave and bas relief mural garden. A two-story outhouse was a popular tourist stop at old tourist magnet Booger Hollow. Both "Maw" and "Paw" stations are on the ground floor. Last we heard, the outhouse continues to amuse travelers. An enduring, large-scale Christian theme park Passion Play, only 2.5 hours long! Plan accordingly. The famous half-man, half-fish has ruled from his humid perch in an outbuilding since the Alligator Farm first opened. |
