Apparently an escaped circus hippo in the early 20th century created quite a stir here. My favorite was a pair of hippos, with the girl in a yellow bikini. Vince Hannemann's backyard folk art environment, built because he thinks it's fun. Features a walk-through airfield on a an anonymous Pacific airfield populated by animatronic dummies and rats -- and watch out for the exploding grenades! |
