Golf Course Villas are beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos with a fully equipped kitchens and furnished balcony. Amenities include- Two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. There is the Whales Tail Restaurant on the beach along with two other restaurants on the resort. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Please be advised the following nightly resort fees will be collected at the time of booking- USD 32.00 nightly resort fee plus tax for guests staying between May and October and a USD 16.00 nightly resort fee plus tax for guests staying between November and December. Cleaning fees collected at check-in include- 1 bed- USD 106.00, 2 bed- USD 140.00, 3 bed- USD 162.00. Check in is after 4pm at 112 Seascape Dr. Check-out is 10am. Office hours- 9 am to 5 pm. Rooms may not be available right at 4pm. There may be times when access is delayed due to cleaning or maintenance. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call 800-874-9106 in advance. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
