No boats, trailers or RVS may be parked at the resort. Early check-outs will not result in partial refunds. Guests unaccompanied by an individual 25 years or older are required to pay, at check-in, a damage deposit of USD 500.00 - cash only. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out upon inspection of room. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Minimum check-in age is 21.
