These condo units feature tasteful architectural accents, including travertine marble, slate roofs and distinctive entrance to each residence. Other property amenities include an outdoor pool, access to a large pool located at the nearby Seacrest, kiddie play area, coin laundry located on each floor and complimentary video rentals. The studio with one bath condo has a kitchenette, cable television, air conditioning, small refrigerator, coffee and tea maker and microwave. Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. Check-in at 10254 E. Highway 30A. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 w/o guardian.
