House of the Sun is located across the street from the Crescent Beach shopping area, where you can find several restaurants, a variety of boutique shops, a post office, pharmacy, market, and rental centers. They are all conveniently located, providing anything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Close by you can rent a Jet Ski or kayak, schedule a parasail flight, or buy fishing equipment and bait. Bicycle or cruise up the Key to Siesta Village, to find more shops, and the world-famous Siesta Public Beach with a playground, volleyball, tennis courts, picnic areas and concession stands. Please note there is a USD 98.00 cleaning charge for 3 and 4 night stays due upon check-in. The minimum age at check-in is 25. A USD 500.00 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
