The property is located just a short walk from the Intracoastal Waterway and Deerfield Island Park which has walking trails, a picnic area and a boardwalk through a mangrove swamp. These beautifully furnished units feature fully equipped kitchens, cable TV/HBO in the bedrooms and living room, and all linens, including beach towels, are provided. Property amenities include a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a laundry facility, putting green, barbecue grills, Internet access in some apartments and common areas. Assigned private parking, as well as parking for large vehicles and motor coaches is also available. The property is located on a public bus line, so vacationers can easily travel to the antique mall and Hillsboro Square for shopping, as well as the Historic District. Concierge and event planning are available and conference and meeting facilities are nearby. Maid service is optional at an additional charge. Arrangements for maid service can be made during your stay. There is a USD 5.00 per person resort fee for visitors of registered guests who wish to use the pool facilities.
