Harmony Motel

The Harmony has been a haven and welcome surprise to many travelers over the years. It has also been an inspiration for many artists, including music legends U2 as they worked on the groundbreaking Joshua Tree album. Additionally, the Harmony has hosted Hollywood -- films such as Crazy Beautiful and Route 66 were shot here. When you arrive for your stay, you will understand why the Harmony is the perfect location for both artistic inspiration and dramatic visual beauty. Feel free to inquire about these events and we can share even more about the history of the motel. Other artists who have adopted the Harmony as a desert home have also left their mark. Original works appear in the rooms and on the grounds. In some cases, the artwork is inseparable from the location - a creation that becomes the decor of the room, a mural that resides on the poolside wooden fence, a small sculpture that glows in the sunset. All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the patios. If guest smoke in the room then a fee of 100.00 USD or more will be charged.
