Boasting one of the countrys most prestigious locations for golf Morgan Run Resort and Club is embraced by breathtaking natural surroundings and the charm of its prestigious Rancho Santa Fe locale. Located just 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean and Del Mar home of the famous Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. Some of the worlds finest beaches shopping and dining surround the resort. Major San Diego attractions are all within 25 minutes. Morgan Run Resort and Club is in the process of constructing a brand new state of the art Spa and Retreat Facility. From October 15 2006 through May 31 2008 there may be an increased amount of construction traffic around the resort and a slight increase in external dust and noise at times. The new facility is on the opposite end of the property from guest rooms and though construction work will be noticeable inconvenience is planned to be nominal for members resort guests and conference attendees. All amenities of the resort will remain open during rejuvenation. Opening in early 2008 the 15000 square foot Retreat will include all new gentlemen and ladies locker space new spa location all new state of the art fitness kids space yoga and Pilates studios and two pools -one being a resort style that flows into a four-lane lap pool. The new facility will greatly enhance the experience for members of the club as well as guests of the resort.
