Conference CenterWhen meeting on our dedicated Conference Level, your attendees will enjoy the benefits of soundproof meeting rooms with individual climate and lighting controls and 8 hour, ergonomically correct chairs. Audio visual equipment and staff are available at a moments notice, and all of the rooms on the conference level have access to the terrace, which surrounds the conference level. Two break rooms adjacent to the meeting rooms provide area for conferees to enjoy continental breakfast and continuous break service throughout the day. Each room's high ceiling and large windows offer relaxing, beautiful views of the historic James River. The entire environment lends itself to being work intensive and productive.
Conference PlanningA member of our Conference Services staff will be assigned to handle the arrangements for your group. At Kingsmill, one Conference Planner will serve as your primary source of information and will assist throughout the planning and implementation stages.
