The ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset offers relaxed island-style living in large one and two bedroom suites in a quiet residential neighborhood only two blocks from Waikiki Beach. It's heritage as part of the Princess Liliuokalani Estate is reflected in the tranquil decor - the Hawaiian music in the lobby - and artifacts on loan from the bishop museum.Every suite is decorated with tropical flair and offers complete kitchen facilities as well as a private lanai. Most offer extraordinary views of the ocean - the mountains - or Diamond Head. Daily maid service is - of course - provided. Complimentary morning coffee is served in the lobby.Guests can relax by the heated pool or in the sauna and play tennis on the lighted tennis court. Barbecue grills are available as well as all the fixings at our sundry store. Exit Airport and access H-1 Freeway East. Exit Freeway via Nimitz Highway and follow Waikiki directional signs. Nimitz highway becomes Ala Moana Blvd. Ala Moana merges with Kalakua Ave at the southwest entrance to Waikiki. Proceed along Kalakaua. Stay in the far left lane which becomes Kuhio Avenue. Proceed on Kuhio Avenue. Turn left on Paokalani Avenue. The ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset is on the right at the corner of Kaneloa St.
In a quiet area on the picturesque Diamond Head side of Waikiki near Kapiolani Park and only two blocks to Waikiki Beach. The Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium are nearby.

All reservations require a credit card deposit at time of booking. Deposit equals 1 or 2 nights accommodation plus tax depending on time of year. Low Season - 1 night plus tax. High Season and Holiday Period - 2 nights plus tax.
Year-round policy: Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Year-end policy: Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive full refund of deposit. Guests should allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of deposit refunds.
All suites have completely equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave, rice cooker, china and cookware. Barbecue grills are also available in the pool area on recreation level. Meals may be ordered from *Room Service in Paradise* from 1100-2130 hours.
The ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset has a small conference room available on the recreational level for your convenience. Maximum capacity is 40. Flip charts, white boards, TV and VCR as well as an overhead projector are available. Please contact hotel for further information.
