The Hotel Leger is a haunted hotel, recognized on the Travel Channel's haunted hotel. Once the lustiest of mining towns, Mokelumne Hill is a picturesque setting close to nearby fishing, beautiful scenery, and year-round recreational activities. The Hotel Leger's restaurant is open for dinner Thursday-Sunday evenings from 6-9 PM available during the warm spring and summer months. Only 2 1/2 hours from The Bay Area, The hotel offers a comforting respite from the pressures of city living, yet is an easy drive for travelers from Northern and Central California and Nevada. Join us and experience the delightful combination of Gold Country Nostalgia with all the modern conveniences - and ideal way to "Get Away From It All" without having to go far.
