If you park your car in neutral here, "child ghosts" will push it about 30 feet up a slight hill and onto some railroad tracks! About 100 concrete hippos are scattered throughout this community, including a large one in front of the high school. Apparently an escaped circus hippo in the early 20th century created quite a stir here. My favorite was a pair of hippos, with the girl in a yellow bikini.
