All of our vacation homes are block-built on generous sized lots. You will be impressed by the light and airy design and the quality workmanship both inside and out. Standard features include air-conditioning, private swimming pools, TV, free wireless, garage, and some feature games rooms. For added convenience your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher for you to be able to cook meals for your family and save money not having to eat out. Our homes are stocked with linen, towels and kitchen utensils. The exterior of your home is enhanced by a professionally manicured lawn, and a superb swimming pool. The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting you from insects and softening the sun's rays. The patio surrounding the pool is ideal for sunbathing providing you with the perfect Florida tan. The patio is also ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. In the living room you will find a TV with DVD player and comfortable clean surroundings. All of our homes have very spacious split family home designs to make it convient for 2 families to share. In order to keep our homes in excellent condition, a one time departure fee is required for housekeeping. Sunsplash offers all our guest personalized 24 hour a day, 7 day a week customer service and a specialize maintence team that is on call at all times. our Guest Services representative can offer all area attraction tickets and discount coupons for local restaurants. book tickets in advance to avoid waiting in long lines at attraction ticket booths. We are available at our office or by phone for your convenience or we can take care of this in advance of your stay.

From I-4 East or West, get off at exit 58. Head Through Championsgate to Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54) turn left and go approx 500 yards, office on left, Building of Sunsplash Vacation Homes and J and M Management. After 4pm go past the office to Loma Linda first community on the right after the office, turn in and then left, carry on round and up the hill to the second turn right , Hilltop Street go to the other end second to last house 125. This is a pickup location only. There is a Key box on the porch and you will find a envelope with your name on it and instructions to get to the allocated home.
