 Quirky Tourist Attractions in or near New JerseyWhile in New Jersey, you might enjoy a visit to: The place where crayons supposedly come from. It's an attraction, not a real factory -- but amusing nonetheless. They clank more than ring, but this four-acre pile of boulders in the middle of the woods is a pretty strange place. An impressive collection of minerals, a glow-in-the-dark room, and a fake 2-story mine shaft are part of the Franklin Mineral experience. Teenage car fantasy fulfilled -- posthumously. |
