Take I-95 N to exit 44 and get onto I-295 N until reaching Exit 31 - Coastal Connector and Topsham. Turn right at the exit which puts you onto Route 196 East. Stay on Route 196 East for about two miles passing through six traffic lights. Soon after, you'll see a sign for Route 1 North. After you merge onto Route 1 North, follow signs for Cook's Corner / Bath. Take the Cook's Corner exit and proceed through the traffic light for 6/10 of a mile. The Parkwood Inn Hotel Brunswick is on the left. From The North Take I-95 South. Take Exit 103, Freeport-Brunswick, and take I-295 South to Exit 31A ,Coastal Connector and Topsham, to Route 196 East. Stay on Route 196 East for about two miles passing through six traffic lights. Soon after, you'll see a sign for Route 1 North. After you merge onto Route 1, follow signs for Cooks Corner / Bath. Take the Cooks Corner exit and proceed through the traffic light for 6/10 of a mile. The Parkwood Inn Hotel Brunswick is on the left.
