Take US HWY 63 North into Rochester until you reach 16th St SW. At the stop light, turn left and then turn left again 100ft into our parking lot.
On US HWY 52, exit at the 16th St SW Exit and go East to Broadway/US HWY 63 and turn Right. The hotel is located on the right hand side.
On US HWY 52, exit at Broadway Ave/HWY 63 and turn right to go North. Follow to 16th St S and turn Left. Turn Left again into the entrance into the parking lot. On US HWY 63, follow to 16th St S and turn left. Turn left again into the entrance into the parking lot.
On US HWY 14, turn left onto Broadway/HWY 63 and follow until you see the hotel on the right hand side about 4 blocks away. On Interstate 90, exit at the HWY 52 exit to Rochester. Exit again at Broadway Ave/HWY 63 and turn right to go North. Follow to 16th St S and turn left. Turn left again into the parking lot of the hotel

The La Quinta Inn is located at the intersection of 16th St S and Broadway/Hwy 63, across from the Olmsted County Fairgrounds. The hotel is 2 miles South of Downtown Rochester and the Mayo Clinic.
