Follow 49th Street to Fifth Avenue. Make left on Fifth to 43rd, right on Sixth Avenue, right on 44th Street and The Iroquois Hotel is on the left.
Follow the signs to New York City (Midtown Manhattan). Take the Van Wyck Expressway (Interstate 678) North to the Queens Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Upon exiting the Tunnel bear right to 37th Street (uptown sign). Follow 37th Street to Madison Avenue. Take Madison Avenue to 43th Street, left to Sixth Avenue, right to 44th Street and The Iroquois Hotel
