The placement of Skytop Lodge at the base of West Mountain in the Pennsylvania Pocono Mountains is perhaps the best indication that this grand resort has always been inextricably linked to its natural surroundings and the 30 miles of hiking trails weaving through the 5500 acre estate merely reinforces that fact. Even the 18-hole golf course where deer quietly graze takes full advantage of the natural topography. The Dutch Colonial style manor house overlooks the 74 acre Skytop lake boasting opulent views of the surrounding region from every direction and offering a wide array of outdoor activities for every season from winter skiing to summer kayaking since it opened in 1928. The full-service resort has two pools -one indoor one out- lake swimming seven tennis courts an award winning golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digests best place to play a sporting clays shooting range an award winning wine list and exceptional food and beverage -meals are included in the room rate. Experts are on hand to provide instruction in golf tennis fly-fishing and shooting. Special kids activities are organized each summer and the lodges own naturalist leads hikes through pristine wilderness areas. Guests enjoy comfortably furnished country-style rooms. The Skyview Spa located in the lodges fifth floor opened in the summer of 2003 and offers a full compliment of salon and spa services.

Located 100 yards from the lodge the cottage king decorated in traditional country charm comes with a king sized bed or two twin beds as well as a rollaway bed or crib if needed. it is equipped with a private bath TV/VCR refrigerator and washer and dryer in the hallway.

Located 100 yards for the lodge each cottage consists of four connecting bedrooms. Decorated in traditional country charm the cottage has a queen sized bed sofa bed porch TV/VCR refrigerator and a washer and dryer in the hallway.
STE
The lodge mini suites have either a queen sized bed or a king sized bed that can convert to 2 twin beds. It is also equipped with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 a private bath TV/VCR hair dryer iron and board alarm clock and radio and can also house a crib if needed.
A1K
The inn king room has a view of the golf course or Skytop lake and has a king sized bed sofa bed and can also add a rollaway. It also comes equipped with a private balcony gas fireplace TV/VCR refrigerator in-room safe hair dryer iron and board and a pull out loveseat.
CTG
Our stream side cottage accommodations are available with either a golf stream or lodge view. There are four inter-connecting bedrooms each with a king sized bed and a fold out loveseat. Each cottage also has a big porch fireplace refrigerator in-room safe TV/VCR/DVD with surround sound bathrobes extra large bathrooms and is decorated in a traditional/modern style.

Directions

Take the New Jersey turnpike north to Route 280 west to 80 west. Continue on I-80 west through New Jersey. 1 1/2 miles beyond Delaware Water Gap Bridge toll booth turn right on Rt 447 -exit 309- north. Follow 447 north to Rt 309 north. Make right on 309 north. Skytop is 3 miles on the left.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations require a c/c deposit of 200 USD due at time of booking. During holidays a fee of 1 nts rm+tax will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Late arrival or early departure causes forfeiture of the deposit unless cancellation or changes are made 7 days prior to arrival date (30 days for July, August and Holiday time periods). A $10.00 per room cancellation fee applies.
