Aviana Resort sits on US 17-92, just minutes from Walt Disney World. This gated enclave of beautiful tile-roofed vacation villa homes features large, amenity rich homes with something for everyone. Surrounded by natural wetlands and sparkling lakes, Aviana has an unmatched natural feel. With its lush landscaping and neighborhood friendliness, you will want to spend as much time outdoors as you do indoors. Aviana's beautifully designed vacation villas include private pools, inviting living areas and multiple en-suite bedrooms. Moreover, gourmet kitchen amenities, walk-in closets, and volume ceilings are just a few of the fabulous features that Aviana offers. 300.00USD nonrefundable deposit required at time of booking. All balances are due six weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation Policy - within 30 days, a three-night cancellation fee will apply in addition to the non-refundable 300.00USD deposit. If you cancel within two weeks of arrival, it will result in loss of entire amount of stay. An additional security deposit of 250.00USD will be charged upon arrival and refundable within 10-14 days after departure pending satisfactory inspection. As with all vacations in tropical regions, we higly recommend travel insurance.
