Nearby attractions are as close as two miles away with the Charles Harrold Nature Preserve, and the Canochee, Ohoopee, Ogeechee, and Altamaha Rivers, or travel 11 miles further down the road to the George L. Smith State Park for hiking, fishing, boating, and lots of outdoor fun. The Guido Gardens, Spiritual Gardens featuring nature trails, four-seasons flower gardens, and prayer chapels is two miles from the Scottish Inns in Metter. Georgia Southern College and the Georgia Southern Museum are 15 miles away. Savannah, Georgia is 65 miles, the Savannah Airport is 50 miles from the Scottish Inns in Metter, Georgia.
