You have the option in the App to also buy individual regions ($1.99/region) or all remaining regions -- the Entire US/Canada ($5.99).

The Roadside America App lets you choose one of six US regions or Canada region to permanently unlock: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, Northwest, California (inc. HI, AK), or Canada (check list of states included in your region).
Savvy road trippers will want to unlock the Entire USA/Canada, including over 9,000 attractions, new attractions and updates, for just $5.99 more. Individual Regions or the Entire USA/Canada is an in-app purchase, which can be made within the app after the original 1-region is unlocked, or at any time: tap More, tap All Access.
