Evolution of the Nut: The Art of Elizabeth Tashjian
Nut Lady fans are invited to visit the exhibit at the Charles E. Shain Library, Connecticut College, Daily from 9am to 9pm from December 5 to 19, 2002. The exhibit features materials from the Nut Museum and Elizabeth Tashjian's art and memorabilia that were entrusted to Connecticut College to archive and preserve. Exhibits include the 35-pound coco-de-mer, nuts and nutcrackers, Tashjian's anthropomorphic paintings, and a DVD with Tashjian's interviews on The Tonight Show and other media appearances.
