Nut Lady's home, Nut Museum, sold
Elizabeth Tashjian's battle to regain her Old Lyme, CT home (and Nut Museum) has apparently ended with its sale to a town resident. Probate Judge Sylvia Peterson authorized the sale of the property while Elizabeth remained in the care of a court-appointed conservator. The purchaser was Elizabeth Karter of Old Lyme; the last asking price for the Victorian mansion was $495k.
