- Fayetteville, North Carolina - Eiffel Tower
This was a little out of the way, and you couldn't get right next to it as it's part of a medical building. There are brick walls all around it. It's neat to see in the nighttime, but I wouldn't stop during the day. And only if you have time.

- Bordeaux Center. I-95 exit 46B. Drive north on Hwy 87 to exit 102. Drive west on US 301 to Owen Drive and turn right. The tower is about 1.5 miles, on the left, at the corner of Owen and Village Drives.
Easy to find, accessible parking, cute.
[Ashley, 02/24/2010]An 80-foot replica of the Eiffel Tower marks the corner of two Fayetteville streets where Bordeaux Shopping Center is located. The tower is 1/12th the scale of the original in Paris, France.

I'm not sure if the animals are made of fiberglass, but the blue whale is definitely made of concrete. The story I heard is that the construction crew had some leftover concrete and poured it into a blob and then roughly shaped it into a whale. It's kind of a local landmark.

- I-95 south to Eastern Blvd, exit. Right on Grove Street, which turns into Rowan St. 1st left at Woodside Ave. into neighborhood and park is on left.

Take the walkway over the freeway and follow the path to the E. A. Poe home built in 1897 for a tour. Lovely!

- Directions:
- US Hwy 401 Business exit 104B. Turn west onto Hay Ave., then make first left (gas station on right) onto Myrover St. Drive one block. Turn left onto Arsenal Ave. and drive until it dead-ends. You'll see the tower on the right.

80-ft tall replica Eiffel Tower, here since the shopping center opened in 1963. It contains medical offices and is close to a hospital.
