Yes, we admit ... we're suckers for Sphinx facades. If we see 'em from the highway, we're gonna pull off. This one is the entrance to an "adventure park" called Pharoah's Lost Kingdom, offering water park, amusement park and arcade thrills east of Los Angeles along I-10.

We didn't actually go inside, but we liked the Sphinx.

The park closed, but the Sphinx lives on....
