Mystery Spot Test Kit

Hardly strangers to the Scientific Method, the Roadside America team has always employed rigorous testing criteria to the oddities we encounter. The Mystery Spot Test Kit™, was assembled to provide measurement tools in the field that would defy vexing illusions and reveal objective data.

The kit, shown above, includes: a tape measure, electrically conductive wire, baseline triangle, various balls, stop watch, magnet, compass (stuck to the magnet), holy water (from the Shrine of the North American Martyrs, Auriesville, NY), complimentary shower cap, polarized 3d glasses, assorted filters and gels, darts. The spot tester is usually accompanied by a spouse or friend prone to equilibrium problems and dizzy spells.
