Tour the Boeing Factory
The only public tour of a commercial jet factory in North America. A 90-minute guided walk though the world's largest building (472,000,000 cubic feet, 2.2 miles from end to end) to watch as 747, 777, and 787 Dreamliners are assembled. No babies, bathrooms, cell phones, pocketbooks, backpacks, cameras, or notepads permitted (you can rent a locker for your stuff for a small fee). Kids must be at least four feet tall.
In the Future of Flight Aviation Center you can enter the "Passenger Experience Zone" and sit inside a replica of a Boeing 787 passenger compartment, or pay an extra $8.00 to ride the Innovator, a seven-seat cockpit that flies you around the Pyramids and backwards in time to the Battle of Iwo Jima.
