Adventure Golf (Gone)

Field review by the editors.

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Vintage dinosaurs -- and a giant shark and octopus as well -- serve as eye-catching hazards at Adventure Golf, while also helping to distinguish it from all of the other mini-golf courses up and down the Pigeon Forge strip. The creatures look identical to those built in the late 1960s by Joseph Geraci at his Dinosaur Land in White Post, Virginia. Pigeon Forge was in its infancy as a tourist mecca back then; these ancient creatures may be its oldest inhabitants.
