Hatchet Resort - Vintage Signs

A rustic resort stands along US Route 6 between Jackson and Dubois, Wyoming. The Hatchet Resort started as a motor lodge in 1954, and currently exists as a grouping of log-hewn buildings, cabins and two restaurants. It also features a number of neon and lit signs meriting a stop for photos, since they incorporate a hatchet -- the Hatchet Resort, the Hatchet Grill, etc. The prices at the gas plaza dangle from a hatchet.
