Smiley Face Water Tower

The Millington Smiley Face water tower isn't easy to photograph -- nearly as difficult as the cool, ancient towers at a prison (albeit for different reasons). Sure, you can get up close to the thing, but then you are shooting straight up and can not see the "face." Farther back and you are shooting into the sun. However if you care (or dare) to make a trek you can walk along the RR tracks, which lead diagonally from it, walk across a farmer's field, and hope he doesn't have a shotgun.
