Winston, 11/07/1999][RA: Denny's chain restaurant opened in the late 1990s featuring a non-operational Dutch-style windmill above its ruffle collar roof. The windmill is an artifact from an earlier tenant where it made a little more sense -- a Van de Kamp Bakery.]
