Odd things in a tree. Nascent Shoe Tree?

This is a brand new, potential shoe tree, with oddments of clothing, toys and cans and a wig as well. Just noticed on my way. I will keep watching and taking pictures and we shall see if it grows up to be a real Shoe Tree.
