Concrete whale. Concrete Blob Whale and Animal Statues

I'm not sure if the animals are made of fiberglass, but the blue whale is definitely made of concrete. The story I heard is that the construction crew had some leftover concrete and poured it into a blob and then roughly shaped it into a whale. It's kind of a local landmark. [John Reidy, 03/23/2010]
