In Power City, an unincorporated town near Hermiston on US Hwy 395, there are two men on top of the Road Runner Sheet Metal Shop made from Sheet metal and heating ducts. One was built back in the late 50s and the other was made about two years ago by the present owner. They stand about 7 ft. tall.
