How could anyone describe these without mentioning that the nipples glow red at night? Best viewed when it's light enough to see the domes.
The nude beach is actually several miles south, at the south end of San Onofre state Beach. But you do drive by, closer and slower, on the way to the beach. (No legal parking with a good view of the boobs.)
