Rooster.

Rooster in a Top Hat

The Rooster in a Top Hat is taken care of very well. The Christmas lights had been removed when we stopped in March 2017.

The rooster is also adorned with Christmas lights. And if you continue up Arnold Street you will find a great overlook of Peoria!

Rooster in a Top Hat

Outside of Carl's Bakery in East Peoria, is a 10 ft. tall rooster in a top hat. Although the bakery is usually not open, the rooster is easily seen anytime. While in this area, be sure you visit the "Twistee Treat" Ice Cream cone-shaped building, just down the street! There's also a weird little church made from a quonset hut, just around the corner (520 Arnold Rd).
