East Peoria, Illinois - Rooster in a Top Hat Outside of Carl's Bakery in East Peoria, is a 10 ft. tall rooster in a top hat. Although the bakery is usually not open, the rooster is easily seen anytime. While in this area, be sure you visit the "Twistee Treat" Ice Cream cone-shaped building, just down the street! There's also a weird little church made from a quonset hut, just around the corner (520 Arnold Rd). [Ron Renken, 08/07/2005]
