Gilberton, Pennsylvania - Chinese wall

There is a place located inside Pennsylvania Game Land 211, Gilberton, PA. It is called the Chinese wall and consists of a outcrop of quartz-pebble conglomerate and High rocks and Box car rocks. My wife and I visited this site about a year ago and was amazed at the HUGE layers of box shaped rocks stacked on top of each other. We only saw a small portion when we visited but when she returned with her parents about 2 weeks ago she said that the wall extends further from the main area we saw and is also made up of large box shaped rocks stacked and create a "wall". There was no info about this area available to us at either time so if any of your visitors have ever been here I would like more info on how these rocks formed. [Thomas Heiser, 07/02/1999]
