Chicken Lady - The Next Generation The Chicken Lady's nephew now lives in the her house, and is working hard to bring the chickens back. He's even trying to repair some and make new ones. This was always the best part of my travels when I was young.

Chicken Lady While the original Chicken Lady of South Kingstown did indeed pass away in 1996, her flock of decorated chickens have resumed their post next to the mail box on Route 138 in Rhode Island in recent weeks.

The Chicken Lady - Gone The Chicken Lady, once well-renowned in the area for dressing up her
chickens for local events and holidays, died a couple years ago. Don't bother
looking for the stuffed chickens on the mail box; they are not there any more. But
if you want the sign which reads "Bob Hope once slept here.." it is still posted in the
corner of the front yard near the road.

The Chicken Lady - Gone Just so you know, the Chicken Lady in North Kingstown, Rhode Island (Route

The Chicken Lady - Gone No trip to Rhode Island would be complete without seeing the work of the
Chicken Lady. Located in Kingston just outside the campus of the University of Rhode Island along route 138. About 1 mile past the university on your left you will see a mailbox with two stuffed chickens. The owner of the house dresses the chickens up for holidays and special occasions.
