Rapid City, South Dakota - Prospector I really doubt that this is a true mufflerman, but he is nice. Rapid City, South Dakota, highway 16 about 3-5 miles south of Rapid City before Reptile Gardens. Very entertaining road -- lots to do -- Cosmos and Marine World. [Russell Metzner, 03/30/1999][RA: You're correct; he isn't a Muffler Man. But we like the (implied) ability to sit on his knee or in his pan for novelty snapshots.]
