Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis has a Showmen's Rest section for deceased circus and other performers.[brenda, 01/01/2006]
There is a Showmen's Rest in some large cemetery in Minneapolis just downstream on the Missisippi and inland a bit from downtown Minneapolis. I discovered this on a bike ride while visiting Minneapolis in 2003. However, until I stumbled across your website, I didn't realize there were oithers in cemeteries elsewhere in the country. I have no details on it's location, but it should be easy enough to figure out with a little research into cemeteries in Minneapolis....[Allen Hahn, 01/02/2005]
