Fish with Legs and Breasts
The statue of the fish -- running towards the small town of Sekiu in Washington while wearing a pink bra and skirt with tennis shoes -- does have a name. It is "Rosie" and is inscribed in the cement at the base, along with the date "06/13/05," probably the date of its erection.
It was placed, presumably, as a response and mate for Gil the Running Fish in the neighboring small town of Clallam Bay, WA.

The small, much-too-isolated fishing village of Sekiu, WA welcomes you with a carved wooden statue that's best described as "The Shadow Over Innsmouth" meets "Sweet Valley High".
[Kev F, 07/23/2007]Fish with Legs and Breasts
Fish statue, with legs and boobs, wearing a bikini top and a skirt with no explanation at all, next to the "Sekiu Welcomes You" sign, a large anchor, and a large rock that serves as a billboard. They should at least offer some kind of reason for its existence -- it's pretty creepy looking.
