Milton-Freewater, Oregon - Frogs - A Community Art Project While staying in Pendelton, OR. we drove north to Walla Walla WA. On the way we stopped in the town of Milton-Freewater. The town has statues of frogs everywhere. On telephone poles (dressed in repairman uniform), in front of the library (reading a book), dentist office (holding a toothbrush), on benches, on steet corners, tire shop. We lost count.
