Richmond, Virginia - Jugs of Pee - Urine-filled bottles

The freeway from Richmond to Williamsburg was littered with pee bottles! ESPECIALLY the off-ramps. My roommate and I counted about 15 obvious pee-filled bottles on an off-ramp to a gas station between Richmond and Williamsburg, 4 at the williamsburg off-ramp (the one to Busch Gardens), and 11 as visible and identifiable based on speed.

Most people back east will pull over and just pee on the side of the road or wander off a bit, so you can't see them. [Mary-Ann Johnson, 06/04/2006]
