White Post, Virginia - Tired Indian on a Tired Horse

Memorial Day weekend 1997, while travelling to amusement parks in Virginia, I decided to make a detour to Dinosaur Land in White Post, VA, which was well worth the trip. However, if you travel the road south from there a couple miles you'll run across a large "Tired Indian on a tired horse" statue outside some pony ride place. Not too much further down the road is a giant roller skate. [Keith Allison, 06/03/1997]

[RA: The Indian is a commercial version of the "End of the Trail" sculpture, more prevalent in the western attractions. It's 1 mi. S of Dinosaur Land, on Hwy 340-522.]
