Visitor Tips and News About Dinosaur Town With Volcano Toilets
This town was deserted in the middle of summer. "Ghost town" seems just as appropriate. Stop by the city hall/police station to pick up a copy of the dinosaur map. The volcano bathrooms stunk; we didn't go in. All of the dinosaurs need a good coat of paint. The kiddie park was really run down.[AnnieOnline, 07/22/2014]
The volcanic toilets are at the Dinosaur park in Granger, Washington. Awesome![Susan Barclay, 05/09/2008]
At the same park as the fiberglass dinosaurs (already listed on Roadside America), the toilets are located inside a large volcano replica painted to look as if it's erupting. Sort of poetic, I think.[Kim Sullivan, 11/10/2000]
You may want to mention the fiberglass dinosaurs off I-82 near Granger or beautiful Toppenish -- home to the Yakama Nations cultural center, the Great American Hop Museum (as in the main ingredient in beer) and the murals they felt the need to plaster all over town.[Hans Stoops, 10/09/1997]
